The Paris Agreement drove home the reality that climate change is no longer narrowly defined as an environmental problem. It is a political, economic and social challenge that reaches every part of global society. For the real estate sector, climate change will significantly impact on the how buildings are built, the materials used, the investment value of a building and more.
