Time Management is one of the most important aspects of our working lives. The ability to prioritise tasks and recognise when you are putting off a task or carrying out a task which is not necessarily the most urgent is fundamental to providing a professional service and managing your time effectively.

The importance of time management can never be under estimated. Time stealing and non productive activities should be identified and eliminated. It is important to ensure procrastination is avoided to ensure the best use of time.
