On the 14th January 2016, the RICS learning hub signed a contract with Shanghai Oriental Investment Supervision Co. Ltd (SOIS) to provide learning solutions to their staff.
The RICS is the world’s leading professional qualification when it comes to land, property and construction. To become an RICS chartered surveyor, industry professionals must pass through an assessment in which they are asked to demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and technical competence. The competencies are a mix of technical, interpersonal, business and management skills and are required of professionals working in the commercial environment around the globe. As such, RICS membership demonstrates an ability to work to global technical standards and provide clients with exceptional service. To assist SOIS staff in demonstrating these skills, RICS learning hub will provide a tailored learning solution to selected staff.
Global Director of Training Products, Pierpaolo Franco said: "The talent war is a global trend, and so firms are paying more and more attention to staff development in order to realise long-term and stable business growth.
