Very good and wide topic but the talk could be better if the time frame allowed is longer.

Very helpful talk given by Will Glassey of Mayer Brown International. Reference to conflict of "duty" rather than interest does help to clarify a wide range of potentially uncertain circumstances.

Would like to see working party providing as many everyday examples specific to surveyors as considered reasonable to help explain various points being considered in presentation
